John, what OS are you using? For me, Ctrl+V is Paste only, and does not bring up any list and pastes everything. In Windows, no list is brought up where you can delete any ticks and just leave what you want. By using Ctrl+SHIFT+V I get Paste Special, and that brings up a WINDOW where you HAVE
