using Fedora and LO 5.0.1.2 it looks like you simply toggle between
displays. EG. click on templates to look at your templates then click on
(eg) "recent files" to view your files.
I have to say though I don't know where the templates live.

How do I close the Template Manager window? I opened it to see if a

After some playing around, and some googling, all is resolved. To close
the Template manager, click on the title bar, then right click for the
close menu. Still, there is no excuse for not having a Close button.
The template location is .config/libreoffice/4/user/template. This

Ahh, i get this 'problem' all the time in many different OSes. Sometimes
after clicking or moving to elsewhere in the download/save dialogue-box it
still looks like the focus is in the file-name box/field in the top of the
dialogue-box. Of course the focus has really changed to where-ever
