Hi :) AbiWord and Gnumeric are a lighter-weight equivalents of Writer and Calc.  You can also get big reductions by removing Evolution and using Thunderbird or the even smaller Claws as an email client.  You lose a lot of functionality but at least you get the basics.  Regards from Tom :) ---
