Thanks a lot for that informative answer. Nice you're developing on PHP 7.2
since early RCs! Looking forward for Roundcube 1.3.4 and will switch then
rather soon to PHP 7.2 in production as I want to take advantage of built-in
Sodium for some custom SSO implementation.

What a great answer! Because
http://php.net/manual/en/migration72.deprecated.php (e.g. each() function
deprecation) and http://php.net/manual/en/migration72.incompatible.php (e.g.
E_WARNING on count()) - little things that even projects with an almost perfect
code base stumble upon. The world is not perfect! Remember my wise words.

That depends entirely on your Outlook settings. Roundcube is as much as Outlook
an imap client, not server.

Double check your outlook settings, see if it's set to POP3 or IMAP.

/var/www/webmail12.ex.co.uk/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_db_sqlite.php

should be :
/var/www/webmail10.ex.co.uk/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_db_sqlite.php

Where in roundcube is this coded? I’ve grepped the whole directory can did not
find any reference except in the config file, which was changed.

Not yet, but I'm working on it. You can find some info on my blog. It's
planned for Roundcube 1.4.

There are some non-official commercial skins, but I've never tried them.

I'm developing Roundcube using 7.2 since first release candidate, but
