Calc mit Bildern aus Dateiverzeichnis erstellen
Hallo, ich möchte folgendes machen: Eine Liste mit Bild, Dateiname, Verzeichnis und physischem Speicher. Beispiel: Bild - Dateiname - Speicherort - Lagerort Bild von Stuhl - Stuhl.jpg- C:/irgendwo - Wohnzimmer Ich habe ein Windows-System mit W7 und Openoffice, momentan 4.0.1. Hier will ich a) Eine Verzeichnisliste von (Bild)Dateien von der Festplatte in eine Tabelle übertragen. (Das bekomme ich wohl auch ohne Hilfe hin. Da gibt es tools. Eine extension habe ich nicht gefunden. ) Dann habe ich eine Spalte mit dem Dateinamen (B3:500) und irgendwo auch den Pfad (C1). B) Zu dieser Verzeichnisliste Thumbnails einfügen (A3:500). Diese aber natürlich nicht alle per Hand, sondern sie sollten sich aus Dateinamen und Pfad automatisch erstellen, bzw. über ein Makro. Das ist das eigentliche Problem. Die Bilder sollten alle gleich groß sein, entsprechend die Zellen. Das ist ein zusätzliches Problem. (Ich habe bereits Bilder in eine Tabelle eingefügt, aber andes als im Textprogramm kann ich im Calc Modul die Bilder nicht ansprechen und z.B. den Pfad ändern. Ich weiß jedenfalls nicht wie. ) Sinnvoll wäre es, sie als Link anzusprechen, sonst wird die Datei wohl zu groß. :-) c) Zum Schluss kommt noch eine Spalte mit dem Aufbewahrungsort o.ä. hinzu. Das ist wiederum kein Problem, soll aber verdeutlichen wozu ich das alles brauche. Meine Bitte: 1.) Kennt jemand ein ähnliches Projekt oder hat das schon mal realisiert? ggf. Teile davon? 1a.) Gibt es eine schnelle Möglichkeit, eine Dateiliste in Calc zu erstellen? 2.) Wie schaffe ich es automatisch Bilder aus gegebenem Dateinamen und Pfad einzufügen? 2a.) Hallo Horst, das Modul Calc ist für Deine Aufgabe ungefähr so geeignet wie ein Taschenmesser zum Schweineschlachten. Wenn Du es tatsächlich schaffst, 500 Bilddateien in Calc einzubinden oder zu verknüpfen, wird das Programm so langsam, dass Du kaum noch damit arbeiten kannst. Vor dem Hintergrund meiner Erfahrung schlage ich Dir eine andere Lösung vor, die schneller zu realisieren und in der Anwendung viel flexibler ist: * Nimm einen kostenlosen, grafischen Dateimanager, wie z. B. XNView (IrfanView geht auch), * verschiebe Deine vorhandenen Bilder in irgendein Verzeichnis, * und füge an den Dateinamen eine Bezeichnung für den Lagerort an. Damit bist Du fertig. Du kannst dann Deine Liste grafisch darstellen lassen oder auch tabellarisch und bei Bedarf sogar ausdrucken. Da gibt es auch das Feld, das einen Pfad speichert und in der Ansicht auf dem entsprechenden Feld die Datei darstellt. Den Dateinamen müsstest Du dann gegebenenfalls aus dem Pfad extrahieren, wenn Du ihn überhaupt noch brauchst. Eine Komplettübersicht bietet Dir dann der Report-Builder mit entsprechenden Feldtypen. Hello, using since many years OpenOffice on Windows platform and since some years also on OX platform. I now wonder if there is a version to use it under Android platform. Unable to recognize on the Web-Page this possibility. Is there a version for Android platform? either to be used on tablet or smartphone. Is there an App for iPhone (4)? Is dnld broken?
I'm trying to download AOO to an HP Pavilion running Vista. Several SourceForge hubs appear to dnld AOO but then say ...could not be downloaded... Surely all the dnld sites can't be broken. More like operator error, eh? Any ideas? Cheers, Maurice Howe

Version 4.1.0
I have on 4 separate occasions attempted to download V 4.1.0 unsuccessfully. Each time the installation process begins but a window pops up saying I must first exit Open Office 4.1.0 before continuing. When I select OK to that message I get a new message saying the Installation Wizard was interrupted and the installation did not complete. That is very confusing since I don’t seem to be able to proceed without saying OK to the ‘exit message’ but, when I do say OK, the installation process is interrupted. Besides, what I’m trying to do is install V 4.1.0...how can I be asked to exit 4.1.0 when 4.1.0 has never been installed in the first place? What now?
