is a technique developed and used by large corporations to inhibit public
criticism by making free speech so dear that no one else can afford to
exercise it. Anti-SLAPP legislation attempts to curb this

Maybe wikipedia, but it doesn't necessarily mean the end of wikis. I
guess it ends up being questions of who is authoritative and who do you
trust.

Actually, I think that Microsoft would sue, whether or not they had a
good case. In American law the guy that has the biggest war chest can
intimidate the guy that is short on funds. If you or I advanced a
frivolous law suit, we or our lawyer would be in trouble, but
