Hey,
I've just released libgovirt. libgovirt is a GObject C library to access
oVirt/RHEV REST API. At the moment, it's able to get the list of VMs
available on an oVirt instance, and to get the connection details for
a given VM.
It can be downloaded from
The required action group is MANIPULATE_VM_SNAPSHOTS.
It can be found in the roles UserVmManager, SuperUser, ClusterAdmin and
DataCenterAdmin.
If that does not do the trick - check the user's quota - maybe he's out.

Hi all,
In a 2 hypervisor setup,if host1 is fenced(host1 is also the SPM host) and
it has HA VMs running on it,would these VMs be started on host2 only after
host2 is elected as the SPM host?
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
I'm trying to update from 3.1 to 3.2 on Centos 6.4 using the repo from
dreyou.org and when I try to update the engine it gets into a loop
trying to stop the 0 tasks in the database:
Would you like to proceed? (yes|no): yes
Stopping ovirt-engine service...[ DONE ]
Don't have the nightlys running anywhere at the moment, but I'll see about
upgrading my test cluster and give it a try.
My primary cluster is still at 3.1, any recommendations for that?
