Does anyone see a reason why simply installing the EL7 latest rpm for
this on an ovirt node/RHEV-H system would not work or would be a bad
solution to getting this working with ovirt-node/RHEV-H? I don't want
to do something that is either lost on reboot or would cause issues in

OVirt 3.6.3 is installed on CentOS 7.
I use 64-bit Windows 10 client with spice display.
After installing the spice-guest-tools and oVirt-tools-setup on the VM Windows
10, the display always lag and slow.
The display on a Windows 7 VM is fluid.

I am adding a new host from a fresh install centos 7. Updated with yum
-y update and yum install then repo from ovirt v.3.6.
Now the installation of the host is stuck at validating for 2 hours.
