You would normally do this on lower environments first to test this out. Do you have a LAB, DEV or QA environment to use before going to PROD? Specifically about the upgrade, I can only speak to what I did yesterday. Had to go to 4.2.8 from 4.2.1 before going to 4.3.5 . I did get RPM
