Hi, you can also do this completely off Sogo with IMAP. IMAP has a nice feature called shared folders. Here you can specify acounts that will share mail folders (and even control reading status separately). Or you create one central sieve script in imap server which will filter and divert mails

Hi Ron, I would not not start the DB fight here ;-) Just google for mysql versus postgres. You will be offered lots of information. The decision to use postgresql is a wise one as this is a very mature, free, transactional databse. The main points will be: 1. It is really free and open source.
