[SOGo] Contacts missing in web UI and iOS

Can the "quick" contacts table be reconstructed if its contents are lost or damaged? Background: My wife recently noticed that all of the contacts that had been synced with SOGo went missing from her iPhone.  She added several before mentioning the problem. In the SOGo web UI, we now see
