With regards to your error, I know nothing about the code, but the stack
trace is modifying something to do with ldif, which is the ldap syncing
stuff, then it says "no such object". This might give you a clue as to
what might have gone wrong? (eg are you expecting be using ldap...)

For the record, the ca.inverse.z-push branch is pretty worthless.

The best results were obtained by Bo Simonsen but his code can no longer
be obtained at the location where it was previously available.

I searched the mailing lists and found one email summarising two
incremental diffs to the backend on inverse.ca. You might want to
pickup those improved versions as a starting point?

After that I had a quick peek at the code and it does kind of look

[SOGo] display all users calendars

2011-11-04 Thread Peter Peltonen
Hi,

I would need to introduce SOGo to a group of users who have been used
to start they week by looking at everyone's calendars for the week.
Their current calendar solution shows on one page a list of names and
the tasks and the starting time of the task for these people for every
day.

I think there isn't a way to create this kind of view in the SOGo
calendar web view?

Does someone know a web client that could be used as a frontend for
SOGo and could show this kind if view?

Best regards,
Peter

I would be interested in this as well. Quick googling revealed these
two PHP client libraries:

http://www.phpclasses.org/package/3619-PHP-Generate-calendars-in-iCal-format.html

http://www.kigkonsult.se/iCalcreator/index.php

Has someone tried them out / are there other (better) alternatives around?

Never thought about accessing the DB directly, that would be a quick'n
dirty way to get the calendar data out to a web page. Would someone
know some example queries for example how to get events for one week
for a specific user?

Cheers,
Peter

SOGo doesn't support multiple STANDARD/DAYLIGHT definitions within the same
VTIMEZONE. I just filled a bug ticket :

No, but we consider making it optional in the release.

In the meantime, you can modify the SOGoRootPage.wox. Notice that you will also
need to modify SOGoRootPage.js if you don't want any JavaScript error.

nope, thunderbird works fine.

I suspect that your new IMAP server is willing to use TLS layer on
standard 143 TCP port, and that SOGo is not willing to use it. Maybe a
certificate problem. You can try to disable TLS on port 143, and use SSL
on port 993 for imap.

If you cannot reconfigure the IMAP server, what about using security
to "none" in Thunderbird configuration (Account preferences, Server

Hadn't had time to update yet, but is there an option to deactivate this
feature. I like the current behaviour. I couldn't find anything after
quickly skimming through the documentation.

nope, thunderbird works fine.

I didn't change anything else in my setup.

Check if something is listening on port 993:

lsof -iTCP:993

no output

Check if you can connect using openssl:

openssl s_client -connect localhost:993

Maybe you need a ; after port=389

We have 6 calendars and staff using the web interface get reminders for

Is there a quick way to disable showing reminders for a particular

[SOGo] Accessing SOGo with other applications

As the subject says. Does anyone have experience accessing SOGo from
other applications? Like PHP scripts. Do you use CalDAV/CardDAV or
access the DB directly? Or are there already interfaces which could be used?

Thanks

You might not have changed anything in your setup but your SSL
configuration is broken. Fix this and make sure the two commands above
work correctly before trying again with SOGo.

[SOGo] iOS5 CalDAV Patch

Hi!
- I updated to SOGo: 1.3.9
- Added CalDAV sogo calander to my iphone with iOS 5.0
- On sogo.log this Warnings appear with 1.3.9:

I think your hotfix only fixes the "dataaccessd/" user adgent only.
But in some situations the user adgent is:'iOS/5.0 (9A334) Preferences/1.0'
I think it's when adding a calander to the iphone for the first time.
Please see the apache log too:
