I think it might have just been me testing it and restarting it a few times in
a row. We do not have it set to automatically restart after failing, but I do
have it set to Automatic startup when the server reboots.

I was able to get this woring again just by reinstalling the 64-bit Java
1.6.0_30 JRE. Not sure what went awry, but it's working now. Yay!

Exactly. We have to follow FDA guidelines for validation of OTS software and
our validation expert is testing for this now. We want to make sure that
