Hello, I'm running Tomcat 6.0.18 using Java 1.6.0_12 on Windows XP
professional.
I have a problem that occurs during startup deploying a WAR file.
Tomcat deploys the WAR file but then there is a delay of minutes
before it tries to start the application.
During the delay, there is no CPU
between ContextConfig and
StandardContext (Starting the app)
