Thanks for your answer, I was wondering if it is possible to embed that
code only in a page (since we only want to count visit on some pages,
not all over the wiki).
I'll try to embed the code in the page and see if it works, otherwise
I'll go for the "skin solution".

Sorry you don't even need to override anaytics.vm, you can copy the
google analytics code snippet into header.vm or footer.vm which is
already present as a field in skins

hi all
what is the power of XWiki that no one have
1. I see that XWiki is Wiki 2.0 and it is more than media wiki, esp in
integration and modular. but when will forge.xwiki and any idea to
extend?
2. XWiki is look like Confluence competitor, is that right?

Hi Sergio,
We're currently having an issue on myxwiki.org with some thread
deadlock (caused by Velocity it seems). We're trying to fix the
problem. Try again a bit later and hopefully it'll work.
Sorry about that.
Thanks

Hi Vincent,
Thank you for your time and effort. I just tried going to the URL you

Some more info:
This is the full exception details as presented by the wiki when it fails to
process the macro when I specify a language other than "none" - not
specifying language also causes failure.
{{code language=html}}
Cool!
{{/code}}
Can it has something to do with my setup/container?
Hi,
the link dialog works much better than in 1.8.1, but one thing i found:
i don't use the space for the page parent when i add the parent manually
(which i had to, since it wasn't added automatically in the new syntax)
because i found, that it's not needed to work (as it is in links when the

Hello XWiki users,
Are XWiki release tags accessible by the community, or just the trunk? I
wanted to checkout 1.8.2 release sources, but can not find tags anywhere in
the http://svn.xwiki.org/svnroot/xwiki/ tree.

Hi Vincent,
Sorry for my delay in answering.
the #info macro works and renders correctly when I type in the following in
the (xwiki/2.0 syntax) wiki editor:
{{velocity}}{{html wiki=true}}#info("Important info message
text"){{/html}}{{/velocity}}
Is this the correct way to use the #info macro?
The 1.0->2.0 can't be perfect for a complex application, sometime
there is generated 1.0 syntax the converter can't match and things
like that. It's just an helper.

I'm using XWiki (1.3) in our company. For testing of new functionality
(especially in wysiwyg editor) I need the newest version of well configured
XWiki. I registered as "kaferos" and I would like to use "twig" as server
name.

Anyway, just to notify, the problem appears in XE 1.8.1 ;-).
