Hi there, XWiki Watch uses the feed plugin to get the feeds from external sources. The feed plugin currently uses the jvm proxy settings so the only thing you have to do is to set the java System proxy when starting XWiki. You can do that either through: -Djava.net.useSystemProxies for a java 1.5+
