To my knowledge, there are no substitutes for One NOTE in AOO and it can't
open them.
I wasn't aware there was a FREE One Note and highly suggest if there is go

Unless you have a password none of the cells will register, perhaps that

I've run this program for several years on ALL the Microsoft OS since
