Hi, I'm using RHV.
When live migration of guest VM (CentOS 6) from RHV Host 4.0 to RHV Host 4.2.6,
it hung up immediately after migration.
When ssh login to the RHV Host and executing the top command, the CPU usage
rate of the qemu - kvm process of the corresponding VM was close to 400%. (I

Can you please attach VDSM and engine log with the error
(/var/log/vdsm/vdsm.log and var/log/ovirt-engine/engine.log)?
Also, can you reproduce this issue consistently? is so, what are the steps?

To avoid duplication I have already attached them to the bug report here:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1625240.
I have successfully moved all my other VMs disks, it is just this one VM
that has a disk that always fails to move.

It is VirtIO-SCSI on a ISCSI storage domain. Thin provisioned.
There are a number of snapshots for the disk as well.

Thanks, I will add it to the bug and continue the discussion there.

Hello!
I am interested to run ovirt in docker container.
It was noticed that there is an official repo for it:
https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-container-engine
Unfortunately it did not get an update for 2 years (4.1).
Can anyone help with the required answers/entrypoint/patch files for
the new 4.2
Hi,
You mean engine or node ? I don’t think its possible to run node in docker.

Hi,
The volume group will be removed only if you specify format domain data to
true (mark the format check box in storage domain removal prompt).

Hi,
We have a need to create a VLAN tagged vNIC over a Bond interface and allow
that same VLAN to be accessible to a VM who's NIC is the same Bond. Our testing
shows that once you create the VLAN tagged vNIC, the VLAN is no longer
available to VMs over the bond. Below is the config we are tryi
Hello again,
I've been working on an automated solution that uses the API to add a host on
first boot, the code checks out (or maybe it doesn't), however I can confirm
that the ovirt engine works through adding all requirements of a host properly
except when it gets to setting up the bridge on
The official repo is for engine, and it's 4.1.
I am interested to run the entire ovirt in containers, without
installing anything on the machine itself.
PS: I need ovirt to manage only vms (not docker containers).
