Thanks Dominik, I found a older youtube video that showed how to setup SR-IOV.
I removed the vlan network binding to the NIC and just added the supported
networks on the top level NIC settings.
I have yet to find out what VF is tied to what VM NIC.

oVirt Node has the regular CentOS yum repos disabled, but Dell's OMSA
