Hello Jri,
The configurations local and shared are managed by hosted-engine

Hello All,
I have several storage domains in maintenance mode and I can't neither detach,
nor activate.
Can someone explain to me what is actually doing the engine whwn I try to
activate - so I can debug it?
The error from vdsm-client is that the storage domain does not exist, yet it is

Hi all
I'm trying to understand how ISO and Export domains going away is going to
affect us.
We have four RHV instances:
- Prod DC1 (RHV4.1)
- Prod DC2 (RHV4.1)
- DEV (RHV4.3)
- TEST (RHV4.3)
Prod DC1, DEV and TEST all share export and ISO domains.
Prod DC2 is remote and currently has its own
Hello Paul,
thanks for reply and for pointing me to RHV documentation. Shame on me,
I forogot it exists and is well maintained and super relevant for oVirt.
But in this case I am a bit lost. I can't find something relevant to my
effort to modify HE vm's config to add the second NIC to it.
Or do
I've got a cluster made up of five physical hosts, (Dells with idrac 7
management)
Power management / fencing enabled on all hosts.
I've enabled the power_saving scheduling policy on my cluster, it's
migrated all the VM's to a couple of physical hosts so three are sitting
idle with no VM's.

I'd seen "EnableAutomaticHostPowerManagement" mentioned in the docs, but
couldn't find it.
I eventually figured out that I had to add the two attributes that Liran
mentioned to the policy using the '+' button in the "Scheduling Policy"
editor.

I have the same issue with Server 2016 and Windows 10 on 4.3.9. My
understanding is that Linux uses ntp and windows uses cet and that causes the
time zone warning you see.
Someone correct me if I am wrong, but this can be safely ignored.
I am not sure if anything was fixed in 4.4. I haven' t

Can a data domain be attached to multiple RHV instances simultaneously?

I don't know how to delete this thread, but problem was - the diffrent
addresses in my storage configuration. I setted the same address to all ports
such as 10.42.0.10 and my host have installed successfully.
