Looks like the cluster has both virt and gluster services enabled. Otherwise a host part of gluster-cluster cannot be a SPM. I am not sure about the standard procedure to removed a SPM host. Once SPM is disabled, you should be able to remove all the gluster hosts forcefully. Thanks,
