Could there be a distinct way of specifying network proxy depending on extension repository (nexus/aether or xwiki) ? I've set it both as http_proxy env variable and in JAVA_OPTS... From the logs it's clear that it goes through proxy for connections to xwiki repo, for nexus I don't know. 2012/10/1
