[vchkpw] qmail resending mails

Hello I'm using qmail-1.03 vpopmail-5.2 ezmlm-0.53. A customer complains about sending a mail to mailing list (one time) the mailing list members receive the mail more than 245 times!! This is not the first time this happens, and it stop this duplicates after a day. Is there any solution to
