Hello, I just tried ton install Net_Vpopmail-0.3.2 with pear (pear install Net_Vpopmaild-0.3.2). But i have an error because I'm using php 4.4.4-8 as an apache module, and php 5 as a cgi module. I use php4 installed by apt-get. Do you have tested it with php4 ? (i iuse both php4 php5 on the same machine, but wanna just know ^^). I bet you end up having to compile it because they don't compile in vpopmail authentication... :( This is a snippet from a future version of Bill Shupp's toaster for installing Dovecot. It is only tested on OpenSuSE 11.0, but should be close for others. You may have to do things a little differently installing the run file and the links in the rc*.d directories. The configuration file patch and runfile for SuSE Linux are attached. hi, i have made a fresh install of netqmail-1.06 / vpopmail-5.4.17 and used chkuser 2.0.9. But when i try to send emails to a domain wich is not local, i have le message sorry, this domain is not in my list of allowed rcphosts. So, i have tried with older version (wich is working on another server). I mde a new installation with netqmail-1.05 / vpopmail-5.4.17 an chkuser 2.0.8b. But i have the same error. To be able to send email through my server, i must add my ip address to /etc/tcp.smtp.
