[vchkpw] Wierd RBLSMTPD issue

I'm hitting some sort of resource issue where the enviroment variable is not being set and thus the user is getting the 451 error. Has anybody ever seen anything like this before? it bounce messages based on size, using this patch. http://www.jedi.claranet.fr/qmail-bounce.patch It will somewhat accomplish the same effect, I have our servers /var/qmail/control/boucemaxbytes file set to 25000.
