[vchkpw] autoresponder problems

Hi! My autoresponder for a client just will not work. It seems set up okay - within the user's directory but a response will not go out. The qmail log says "AUTORESPOND Stopping_on_mail_from []" I have tried reinstalling the auto reponder but no go. COuld this be an smtp daemon problem on m
