I'll bet this has to do with your MAXPERIP setting in /usr/local/etc/courier-imap/imapd All your connections for webmail access are arriving via localhost, and that limit is going to determine how many people you can have logged into imapd via 127.0.0.1 (webmail). Raise MAXPERIP and restart im
