Hi!
Sorry for digging out that old posting, but for my plugin I ran into
that problem too.
I wonder why no other plugin authors shared there opinion and how they
fix it. As I understand it every plugin must be changed whenever VDR
introduces changes in that area and if the VDR compiling user
Hi
http://www.free-x.de/vdr/patches/hdtv/vdr-plugin-reelchannelscan_0.6.1-1tvt1.tar.gz
here's patched channelscan plugin for vdr 1.7.* branch.
It supports s2api and can scan dvb-s/s2 transponders. It has been tested with
vdr 1.7.9.
thank to Yuri from Russian Linux VDR/DVB forum
Hi,
The plugin didn't compile on my machine.
I have modified the Makefile this way:
INCLUDES += -I$(VDRDIR) -I../../$(DVBDIR)/include
to
INCLUDES += -I$(VDRDIR) -I../../$(DVBDIR)/include -I../../../include

I am running xine-vdpau rel 285. I guess the xine-lib source is not
really synced with current xine-lib.
What versions of xine-lib, patched or unpatched, are others using with
xineliboutput and vdpau?

Hello List,
Playback of arte hd works on an ion based board and vdpau (hdmi) but
the playback stops every x secs.
Do I need special options or settings in my xorg.conf?
Please can someone post a working xorg.conf for vdpau output?
Thanks

Hi,
I noticed couple of issues with vdpau extention patch set v11:

Same happens if the channel switches aspect to 16:9 making it rather unusable

Hi,
I have an USB DVB-C card (Reddo dvb-c, actually a relabelled Tongshi
box), which works very well with the current Linux driver excluding
channels with QAM-256 modulation. Would it be easy to check
FE_CAN_QAM_256 in vdr before trying to use a device to tune to a
particular channel? In

I have 3 dvb-s cards in one of my boxes. 2 of those cards are able to
tune all channels in my channels.conf. 1 of them can only tune some.
So, the problem is there seems to be no way to specify something like
'use device X,Y,Z' for a certain channel in channels.conf... I had
raised this issue
VDRadmin has this problem also.
