Enhancement request: Creating working copy bookmarks from the CLI with 'open'

When opening Versions with the 'open' command, I think kVersions should create a Repository bookmark for remote protocol handlers (http/s://, svn+ssh://, svn://, etc.), and a Working Copy bookmark for a local file:// URI or pathname. When I try using something like 'open -a Versions.app
