LOL- we actually have a thread about a thread going. Been a long time. Nice to see VFB posts again on a tying subject. Anyone interested in seeing a different take-off on rope-dubbed flies? (rope-dubbers) Very interesting look- very 'buggy'. But you'll need a tool- a copper wire brush.

It looks like Chuck has started something here! I saw an add for the thread but thought it was just another thread and didn't pay much attention. I have reviewed the links below but still don't know what it is made of. Could it be some form of Dyneema? At $3.70 a spool it is rather expensive
