idea, just dont go crazy with 50 feeds for the same show. A Max
of 3 formats seems ideal. Flash,h.264 (ipod) and maybe a windows
format WMV file.

Yeah, I use the blip overlay ads option on my main site player. It
appears in the first minute or so and you can close it if you so

Well if you enjoy puppets I'll point you to my Thesis project for my
masters in theatre that I recently put in my vidcast, not technically
a real part of my podcast but you might be interested. Spent a year
designing and building the puppets.
Here is an easy link on youtube
DragonCon is the largest convention on the East coast and the largest
fan run convention in the world. It also has a podcasting track.
One thing we need though is more of a video podcast/videoblogging
community presence at the con. For more information on the con itself

So per my experiences it correlates with Heath. Long term feature
(even a buried one) = growth. One time feature might give you a spike
of traffic, but they don't stick around as subscribers and they hardly
ever spill over to your archives.
