When you set up DotClear to be in english, just its administration part reflects your choice. The
frontend is driven by a theme mechanism which doesnt provide any
localization system at all : strings are hardcoded in fil

select Préférences / Preference / 5th Tab from the left.
change Langue/ language to English
If it doesn't work, select Outils/ Tools /6th tab from the left
