I've noticed widely varying rates for downloading
various files from Blip TV. I actually thought it might be the fault of
the producers of the videos. However, I did have trouble uploading one
evening between eleven and midnight but everything went swiftly when I tried
again at 2:30 A.M
Hey Randy,The answer, as always, is "it depends."Generally speaking, the number of people downloading a specific video that's hosted on blip (or other big hosting services) shouldn't affect each individual's download speed. So the speed for one person should be the same whether one or twenty
