well as the encoding is quick and you can play them on certain DVD

I use a quicktime jacket when uploading to blip.tv and I have had no
complaints so far.

actually compressed using the DivX codec? So all the mov or wmv
files I watch could be DivX without me knowing, and that's why I
never see mention of DivX? (I love risking looking stupid in

I love DivX! It has become my preferred format.
In fact, my current 3 step DivX/Veoh-related publishing flow for those that
care:
1) I export a hi-res DivX version directly from iMovie (QT - expert
settings -- DivX -- high quality)
2) I upload to Veoh where the full-res DivX version is
:-))
I have come back from an evening out, quite drunk, to find all my

I have to agree that veoh is a great distribution platform. But I
found when I uploaded a divx file in one of my jackets the sound went
on it, I'll try uploading in pure divx next time and see what happens.
