I'm experiementing with 3ivx with dual pass. I've set the data rate to 750 like rocketboom, andrew suggested, and also tried 160 Andrea suggested. But, after exporting it seems to set it automatically to a higher rate. Thus creating a very large file? I'm also using 16x9 setting for this video.
