I'm assuming you use Blogger and it FTP's the files to your own site at missingkittentv.com, is that right? missingkittentv.com does appear to be using Apache as the web server software running your site. Is affinity.com your web host? You'll need to check with whoever hosts your site as to if you can use htaccess files with Apache. I hope that makes sense. mean i can use this code to block them? and, if so, where do i put it

You need to be hosting your site on a server running Apache that will
allow you to use .htaccess files to control your site. Check with your
hosting provider if you can do this or not. (Just ask if you can use
htaccess files.)

As long as they do not receive higher search return results than you, if you are willing to let them keep up with it, maybe ask them if they have a program to pay since they are generating revenue. Also, the least they could do is report back statistics.
