OK I just added object and /object tags outside the embed / embed tags. I'm relieved to know I'm ok with the jpgs and the QT encodes. I did tell my consultant that I thought most new PCs shipped with QuickTime pre-installed. And yes the embed includes the redirect code to get the plug-in if it is not installed. Did that fix the white box on the Dedman post? Also, keep in mind that setting target=quicktime launches a new browser window for Windows users (not the desktop QT player). You're still missing the object definition from the object, as well as any param configuration you want for the file. Refer to the example code I sent you offlist. in order to see the embedded QT in both IE and Mozilla (firefox), you need to have embed and object tags. You only are using the embed tag.
