[Vietlug] Buying a laptop for linux

Hello all I would like to know where I can buy laptop that have no windows installed, so I could install Linux myself. I also want to encourage a company that is encouraging free and open source software. I'm living in Ha Noi and there is no point to buy it over internet. Please write me back
