Here is a simpler way to reproduce the error. I have done the
following on a Linux and a Windows build of current 7.3e (rev
3c51864309bc).
I have also used Vim 7.2.18 with the same result.
gvim +set nocp ve=all nosol -u NONE
:h show :help
