I've had a Lincoln SP125 MIG welder for about ten years - had to replace
the guide tube for the wire twice so far, and the drive wheels for the
wire a few times also, otherwise, it's been very reliable. Can run off
115V or 230V. It does tend to shut down due to overheating if you do a

I just bought a Hobart ( made by Miller ) 187 amp 220 volt. It runs great, I
can use up to .035 wire on it. The whole thing except gas bottle was around
$800.

We use LPS 3 for long term mold storage. Thick waxy.
They also have others that might work for you I think you can get them at
local ace hardware. I get ours from MSC.

end collision at some point and at another point I tried to drive the
car through a garage

Thanks Larry. I've done a lot of reading and it seems the Miller line of
welders is about the most favourite welder and highly suggested for all
kinds of uses. The Millermatic 250 is supposed to let you weld some thicker
stuff so you don't have to use the arc welder and it is indeed 220/240v.
Great pics- you did a nice job.

Where I left you guys last
Kirin - I'm totally blown away. I remember when you first started, you were
full of questions to the point that sometimes it irritated some of the ol'
timers. But we all loved having your young blood on the list. :) I'm
thrilled that you managed to keep Seabert all these years and finally
