Are those instructions for iTunes 12.whatever is the latest? I don't think it works quite like that now. You connect your phone, select it, tab to summary, type t o and tab to the list of tones on your device and paste the new tones in there. They will magically now be on your phone. No syncing

In regular, 6-dot Braille, before the switch to UEB, dots 4-6 together would mean whatever word you were writing next was either Italicized, bolded, or underlined. If you were doing this to more than 3 words in a row, you'd put dots 4-6 twice before the first word, then once before the last
