Can anybody tell me whether or not the VeSync app and theEtekcity Bluetooth scale are conveniently accessible via voiceover? And, of course, I would like to know if I would be able to read the measurements from the scale via voiceover on my iPhone. Thanks for any insight anybody can offer

I don't lock mine because I have at least one app with a reward card barcode where I can very easily and quickly access the barcode to be scanned by rotating the phone. Yes, occasionally it flips when I don't want, but it's not hard to hold it vertical for a second to get it to flip back.

I always lock orientation because I have no vision and never want it flipping to landscape because I tilted the phone. With VoiceOver, if you are reading an email, or a web page, etc., and happen to tilt the phone, reading is interrupted by it switching to landscape mode. Also, for apps like

While walking, Lazarillo does well for free. Also, Apple Maps and Google maps have walking route options. Lazarillo is like Blind Square, just much more simple, and basic. But, finding someone with Blind Square and Nearby Explorer is a good suggestion so you can get a feel of how they work with

You will likely get a variety of answers as one size does not fit all. I would start with free apps. Google Maps is my favorite for turn-by-turn directions while in a vehicle. Lazarillo does a nice job for walking routes and general information on orientation. Richard Check out my web site
