buttons that are not described and I'm not sure what they do. Also when
choosing your language English United States is there twice and it's not
clear which one you're supposed to select. This is not the

I assume maybe they received funding from somewhere because after all Aira
agents are paid ant volunteers like Be My Eyes. Air agents also have more
control through the app, they can take pictures for you and will even look up
stuff online and send you information through the app, they can help
You probably read about it on this list or in some article or heard it back in
June. This feature was specifically mentioned during the WWDC keynote in June
when iOS 13 was introduced.

Howdy y'all,
I came across this and thought it was worth sharing. This app is in the App
Store.
All,
First, this is NOT a scam. Yesterday afternoon at around 2PM PDT Aira did
make the announcement you saw.
Second, if you wish to cancel your plan, even the $29 intro plan, of course
you can use the Aira for free 5-ninute service. Many calls actually are

Hi,
I think "Be My Eyes" (which is totally free ; is giving AIRA enough
of a challenge that AIRA had to try to cut into "Be My Eyes" usage.
I have used both services and I hope there is room for both of them in
the future.
Gracious,

If you go to settings, Phone, there should be a heading titled something like
silencing calls.
Then below the option it says:Calls from unknown numbers will be silenced, sent
to voicemail, and displayed on the Recents list.
Incoming calls will continue to ring from people in your contacts,

In an ideal world, it would be available in as many countries as possible, but
one can only imagine the additional overhead Aira would incur by trying to
staff up with enough multi-lingual or exclusively Spanish speaking agents. That

What a disappointment it’s not available here in Mexico! I’ve Emailed Aira to
see what can be done about it though. I was really looking forward to giving it
a try! I’ve heard so much about it over the months that it sounds interesting
and useful overall!
I have used the free trial, and now the free five minutes. It works perfect for
me. My husband is cited, and I don’t have use for many long term sessions.

So if I cancel my subscription... because I hardly use minutes... or if I do
