The only problem I've come across with VoiceOver is when trying to renew/edit a listing to bump it back up to the top of the postings. Other than that, yes, it in general seems pretty accessible. I'm glad as the old CL app I used and liked a lot (daily craigslist) was abandoned a while ago.

If you don't use swipe to type I would turn that off as well as the suggestions which show up at the top of your keyboard and which may make a sound, some of it may also be automatic spell checking which you can also turn off, I think all o fit is in Settings > General > Keyboard
