Lisa, what version of IOS are you running? In an earlier post in this thread,
Robert says he is running IOS 15, and that it worked okay for him. If it works
okay in 15, it might be the excuse I need to upgrade, probably over the
weekend.

I had the problem in version 14, but today I upgraded to 15, and the issue was

Yes, and what's sad is it can't be done from their web site, either.
Not that I think using a web site for something that used to be
accessable in the app is full accessibility, especially when it didn't
used to be this way.

I think you mean you get the word eye instead of the letter i. If so, I don't
think there's a way to change it. YOu could try playing around with the
pronunciation options in VoiceOver, but I would be surprised if they worked.
