Yes this has been happening to me for months now! It is quite annoying. It
makes scrolling through Books in the Audible app pretty unpleasant actually.

ON the iPhone, Settings, Accessibility, Spoken content.
Speak selection will speak text you highlight.
Speak Screen will read everything when you swipe down with two fingers from the
top of the screen, i.e. the status bar.
This has nothing to do with VoiceOver, this is the kind of speak on
Hello Alan,
Your experience and my experience are identical.
The funny thing is that I absolutely did not encounter this until early this
morning when I decided to merge my old audible account with my Amazon account
in order to take advantage of the Whispers Voice feature.
I have been
Yes, precisely; this is exactly what is happening.

I have an acquaintance with a recent brain injury. Her vision is not

She uses an iPhone. She is asking for an iOS feature or add-on apps that use
Thanks Ryan! You taught me something I didn’t know. I will use this technique
because, just like others, I’ve gotten really weary of the messages jumping

Hi Mark,
SO I am not sure tht I am having the same issue. I am not sure when, but in
the last 3-6 months, I can nolonger swipe right through the books in my
library. I'll swipe right maybe 5-8 times, swiping passed a book on each
swipe, and when I think I get to the bottom of the screen
Hi Mark,
I'm a heavy audible user with nearly 700 titles in my audible library. I
haven't noticed any skipping of titles, but I have seen at times where I will
be scrolling through my list using a one-finger flick to the right, and all of
a sudden it will start giving me the text that is at
I had a problem similar to yours a while ago. First, make sure that you are
using the latest version of the audible app. If so then try signing out of your
account in the app and then sign in again. that really helped me. Just sign
out close the app then reopen it and sign in again. I hope
Hello All,
I know I saw a post about this but I cannot locate the solutions, if any
exists.
For some reason, even when in list view, VoiceOver seems to skip titles in
my Audible Library when I am browsing through them.
Is there a solution to this problem?
Interestingly, I did not begin
Actually, "managing groups is a premium feature," according to Flexibits
support.
So, I'll simply delete the app and stick with ABC Group Messenger which works
fine.

Hi Richard,
I do not know if creating groups is a premium feature or not. I do have a
flexabyts account, so after signing in, Cardhop just synced everything I had in
my contacts, including all of the groups I created in ABC Groups. So all of my
groups preexisted before Cardhop. I have never
Well, if I flick up on a contact in CardHop, and select More; my choices are
Share, delete, or cancel.
So, is the ability to do groups a premium feature; if so I will go and delete
the app again and stick with ABC Group Messenger.

Hi Richard,
On a contact, flick up and select more. From that menu, select groups.
On that screen it will list any groups that you have created in fantastical. At
the end of that list will be Add Group. With any group you can do any of the
functions, email, message, etc.
Hope this helps.
