Zoom setting doesn't hold

I'm using IOS 7 on an iPhone 5 and iPad 3. On both the after I turn the Zoom setting on, it doesn't stay on. A number of times a day I have to turn Zoom back on. I use mostly VO and turn Zoom on when needed with a double 3 finger tap. Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks,

Hello, My iPhone 5 has stopped making voicover sounds. Voiceover speech is working properly, but voiceover sounds, the clicks and dings are gone. I've restarted the phone, I've done a hard reset using the home and on/off switch... Still no voiceover sounds. anyone know of a solution?

Tuch Typing not woring when using VO and Zoom together

I've got this both on my iPad 3 and iPod Touch 4G. When using VO and Zoom together touch typing doesn't work. The key is selected but letting go doesn't type it in. I can manually select the standard typing mode and it works, but have to turn off zoom (double tap 3 fingers) and then turn VO
