Hi, For some reason, when I hear the clicking sounds as I navigate in iOS8
they seem really loud. I know I can turn them off, but can I keep them on
and decrease their volume?

If you mean the clicking sounds when you use the virtual keyboard,
I've noticed the same but with the lock sound. It seems like even if I
have VoiceOver set to a lower volume, the clicking sounds and the
screen lock sound tend to be louder in iOS 8. I've noticed this at
least since iOS 8.1.
