Well, that is what I got by using dictation in iOS 12.4! Can you use it to
enter passwords with any accuracy? I’d been trying to dictate in the next beta
using voice control and I’d got nowhere!

Dictation only works for whole words found in a dictionary or names in Contacts
plus punctuation. Do write to Apple Accessibility to ask for character by
character dictation as a feature to be introduced!
