It was actually a problem on our end. We've found that the web version of
the system has gotten WAY too popular with a couple of search engines and
activity from one in China, in particular, has been so very intense as to
negatively impact performance for our legitimate users. In the process
l get back to you promptly.

I have the latest version of Digit-eyes; however, recently when I try to scan a
bar code on an item I bought from the store, I get a message saying that I need
to update the app. Has anyone else had this problem. Any help would be
